  1. After graduation may I affiliate with any Broker?
  1. Yes - You are encouraged to interview with as many
    brokerages as you can! However, it is up to the Broker to
    extend an offer to you.
  1. What are the requirements to becoming a Real Estate Agent?
  1. INDIANA - you are required by the State to take 54 hours
    of classroom training, be 18 years old, be felony free, and
    then pass the State real estate exam
  2. KENTUCKY - you are required by the State to take 96
    hours of classroom training or a 6 credit hour real estate
    course, be at least 18 years old, have a high school
    diploma or GED equivalent, criminal background check,
    and pass the State real estate exam.
